We have experience and are skilled in handling various Corporate, Commercial & Civil litigation cases whether commenced in the State Court or the High Courts and on appeal to the Court of Appeal. We also represent clients at statutory tribunals such as the Strata Titles Board on collective sale applications and property-related disputes.
Arbitration
We provide advice and representation in both domestic and international arbitrations, handling every aspect of the arbitral process. Our Managing Director, Joshua Chai, is a Fellow of both Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (FSIArb).
Mediation
