Areas of Practice:
Lorraine’s areas of practice are in litigation, corporate and commercial law, corporate governance and compliance, administration of companies, limited liability partnerships and registered foreign companies.
After graduating from the University of Manchester, Lorraine returned to Singapore and started her legal career in litigation with primary areas of practice in commercial law, family law and law of succession. She also advises companies in their corporate compliance, governance, employment matters and commercial agreements.
