non-contentious matters and have represented parties in high-value and complex adjudications.
Our construction experience includes:
Represented a leading Singapore marine corporation in an adjudication under the Security of Payment Act. At the adjudication, we convinced the adjudicator to award the Claimant a substantial fraction of the amount claimed. On application for adjudication review in respect of the award, we managed to further reduce the amount awarded.
Successfully setting aside an adjudication award made against our clients on the basis that the adjudication application did not comply with the procedural requirements under the Security of Payment Act.
