We have experience and are skilled in handling various Corporate, Commercial & Civil litigation cases whether commenced in the State or High Courts and on appeal to the Court of Appeal and also to statutory tribunals
such as the Strata Titles Board on collective sale applications and property-related disputes.
Arbitration
We provide advice and representation in both domestic and international arbitrations, handling every aspect of the arbitral process. Our Joint Managing Director, Joshua Chai is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (FSIArb).
Mediation
