Wendy was admitted to the English Bar as a Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple) in 1994 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1996. Following her admission to the Singapore Bar, she commenced practice at a premier law firm in Singapore. She was one of the founders and directors of Affinity Law, and now a Consultant of the Law Practice. When Wendy was a director, she helmed and headed the Corporate Compliance and Secretarial Department at the Law Practice and built a vibrant practice in this area. Wendy advises both local and foreign companies on a wide variety of corporate compliance matters and works closely with the company managements. Wendy is also an experienced lawyer in employment and immigration matters.
